Attic floor

The holiday flat is located in the completely developed attic of the old villa and has thereby its completely special charm with the exposed beams. In addition to two bedrooms, each with a double bed, the apartment has a gallery with two single beds.

The living and dining room with the gallery is very open and invites you to eat and linger. The living area is extended by the spacious loggia with a view of the garden and the city centre of Schkeuditz.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine).

The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower and a bathtub.

Arrival and departure:

If no other arrangements have been made, the apartment can be occupied from 17:00 on the day of arrival.

The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. On request, the apartment can be used for a longer period and depends on the occupancy.

Parking spaces:

Directly in front of the villa there are two public parking bays where you can park your car.

Payment options:

In cash on arrival or via bank transfer in advance.

We are not far away from the Schkeuditzer motorway junction and thus in only a few minutes on the A9 or A14. The S-Bahn station is about 500 m away and within walking distance. The tram stop is directly on Rathausplatz and only 200 m away. The airport Leipzig/Halle is reachable in approx. 10 minutes by car.

Whichever mode of transport you choose, you’ll have excellent connections for your journey to and from the city, as well as during your stay. You can reach Leipzig city centre in 15 minutes by S-Bahn, and the Leipzig Trade Fair and many other destinations are just a short distance away. However, if you’d prefer to enjoy nature away from the hustle and bustle, the Leipzig Forest is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Villa Romahn is located in a green oasis surrounded by old trees on a park-like garden in the middle of Schkeuditz and just jump outside of Leipzig. You will find all shops for your daily needs on the Rathausplatz, only 200 m away.

Leipzig:

Whether shopping, sightseeing or working - the centre of Leipzig is only 15 km away. The best way to reach the market place is by S-Bahn in only 16 minutes. You are also welcome to use the tram to discover even more of Leipzig, or to take a relaxed ride in by car. The sporty ones can ride their bicycles along the well developed cycle paths along the `Weißen Elster´ and over the Auenwald to Leipzig.
