We want to ensure you have everything you need during your stay, so we've already compiled some information for you. In addition, you'll receive a link to our digital guest handbook with your booking confirmation:

Bed linen & towels

The beds are made up and prepared for you according to the number of people booked, and a set of fresh towels is left in the bathroom for you each week.

Consumables

Items such as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and garbage bags are provided for the day of arrival, and then you can provide for yourself according to your needs.

Internet  

We have set up a guest WiFi in the apartments for you, and you will find the access data on site at the repeater.

Breakfast

We don't offer this as they are self-catering in their apartments. However, they can have breakfast at the bakery on the town hall square, just 200 meters away.

coffee machine

There is both a French press and a Nespresso capsule machine available. Depending on your preference, simply bring your own ground coffee or capsules, which are now available in every supermarket.

Smoke

Smokers are very welcome. We simply ask that you smoke on the balcony or loggia. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Heat:

Our radiators are equipped with a smart system to save on unnecessary energy costs. When the windows are opened, the heating in the respective room switches off automatically, and switches back on when the windows are closed. The preset maximum temperatures are based on the recommendations of the German Federal Environment Agency: living room 22°C, kitchen 21°C, bathroom 23°C, and bedroom 18°C.

Shopping facilities

You will find all the shops you need for daily life on the town hall square, just 200 meters away. If you need to do a larger shop, you will find all the well-known supermarkets in town.

Transport connections

We are located near the Schkeuditz motorway interchange, meaning we can reach the A9 or A14 in just a few minutes. The S-Bahn station is about 500 meters away and easily accessible on foot, and the tram stop directly on Rathausplatz (town hall square) is only 200 meters away. Leipzig/Halle Airport can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car.

Leipzig 

Whether for shopping, sightseeing, or work – Leipzig's city center is only 15 km away. The market square is best reached by S-Bahn (suburban train) in just 16 minutes. You can also use the tram to discover even more of Leipzig, or simply drive in. For the more active, there are excellent bike paths along the White Elster River and through the floodplain forest to Leipzig.

To ensure you have all the information you need before and during your stay, we've compiled a digital guest directory. This directory contains not only information about your accommodation, such as Wi-Fi access, but also other details like shopping, restaurants, excursions, and much more that might be of interest during your stay. You'll receive the link with your booking confirmation and again with your arrival information, which you'll receive by email approximately two days before your arrival.
